Black Friday and Cyber Monday have been generous to people who are looking for discounts on Apple products, like iPads, Apple Watches, MacBooks of various kinds, and more. It’s fairly uncommon to find discounts on the newest of the new Apple tech, but those are exactly the kind of deals you’ll find below.
That is, depending on the retailer you’re buying from. Apple itself isn’t offering price cuts, but is including gift cards with select purchases detailed below. For some products that haven’t seen a dip in price over Cyber Monday, like the Apple TV 4K, that’s pretty nice.
We expect most of the big deals we’ve been seeing on Apple products to quiet down as Cyber Monday gets on, but until each sale ends, we’ll catalog each one that’s still available.

The 2019 MacBook Air with a dual-core Intel Core i5 CPU, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of SSD storage is still $200 off at Best Buy, starting at $899.99.
The 2019 iteration of the 13-inch MacBook Pro is $200 off as well at Best Buy, starting at $1,099. Compared to the Air, this one has a quad-core Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of SSD storage, and a Touch Bar. Right now, Best Buy is offering a $300 discount on the step-up configuration. For $1,199, you can get the model with 256GB of storage.
Apple Watch
The Apple Watch Series 3 appears to be, depending on the retailer, completely out of stock, or just back up to its original price. So, unless you see otherwise in this post later on, there aren’t any big deals on this model to speak of.
However, we’re still seeing a deal worth jumping on for the Apple Watch Series 5 smartwatch. Amazon and Costco are offering the best prices for the GPS models in both sizes, 40 and 44mm.
Apple Watch Series 5 (GPS, 40mm) is $354.99 (Amazon and Costco), which is almost $50 off the price that Apple sells it for.
Same goes for the 44mm version Series 5. It’s $384.99 (Amazon and Costco), which is also around $50 cheaper than usual.
Note: to get the deal at Amazon, just add either size to your cart, then the discount will apply at checkout. At Costco, non-members will have a five percent fee tacked onto the total.
AirPods
If you were hoping to see a big price cut on the new Apple AirPods Pro, only Amazon offers one, and it’s a tiny $15 discount. It’s better than nothing, but $235 might not be the Cyber Monday steal you were hoping for. (Amazon says these will ship in one to two months, but that shipping window could improve.)
You won’t find great Cyber Monday deals on the newer iPad mini, iPad Air, or the 2018 iPad Pro (aside from Apple’s gift card offers above). The biggest discounts are on Apple’s brand new seventh-generation iPad with a 10.2-inch display, Smart Connector for the company’s keyboard, and a little more RAM than you’ll find in the previous generation.
The latest iPad (Wi-Fi, 32GB) is the cheapest right now at Target and Amazon, where it’s just $229.99 ($100 off). Amazon has only the silver color available for $249 ($80 off), whileWalmart has gold and space grey available for $249 at Walmart. Every color is available at $249 if you want to shop at Best Buy.

Welcome to the loneliest section of this post, where you’ll find just one deal on Apple’s HomePod smart speaker. It’s usually $299, but you can find it for $199 at Best Buy.
Almost every current Google product in existence was deeply discounted over Black Friday, and those sales have continued into Cyber Monday. But you don’t have much longer to take advantage of these deals. Google’s new Pixel 4 is $200 off of its usual price until late on December 2nd. Other big deals, like on its Nest Wifi routers and points, will last until December 4th.
Below, we’ll be going through all of the details of each sale, including the end times for the discounts. It’s possible that some retailers might stretch the deals on further than the Google Store’s own cut-off times, and in some cases, they might end sooner.

Apple launched its Apple Watch back in April 2015 and, oh boy, has it come a long way since then. The processors have been upgraded, cellular connectivity has been added, the screen has been enlarged and numerous health monitoring benefits have become the smartwatch’s raison d’etre. It even has an always-on screen now.

The latest model is Apple Watch Series 5, and last year’s model (Series 4) has been discontinued, though it’s still to be found in the Black Friday bargains.
The first version to have cellular connection, Series 3, released in 2017, is still current and has been reduced in price so it’s an absolute bargain. And that’s before Black Friday reductions.

The latest generation of Apple Watch, Series 5, was released in September, so it’s the one model which has few discounts this year. There are some, though. And this is certainly the best watch from Apple so far, with its always-on display the main upgrade this time.

The real standout this Black Friday is likely to be last year’s Series 4. It is no longer sold by Apple, so retailers will be wanting to clear remaining stock. And – get this – if you aren’t worried about the always-on display, in almost every other respect, this is as good as Series 5: same processor, same dazzling design and so on.

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. Black Friday and Cyber Monday aren't always the big event they are hyped up to be. It's hard to see through the noise and the spam to find the really good stuff worth talking about. We know. That's why we dig deep year after year to sift through the sand and find the gold underneath. But with Black Friday winding down (I can't believe it's Sunday already!) and Cyber Monday just around the corner, you have to ask yourself if there's anything that could possibly top the price drops we've already seen.
Can the deals get any better?
I mean, I don't want to toot the Thrifter horn, but our team has been killing it this past week (beep, beep!). We've dug deep into every nook and cranny of every major retailer, and if there was a good deal to find... we found it. We're still going even as I type this, and we aren't stopping for quite a while. With such amazing deals as $300 off a Vizio P-Series Quantum TV, a year of Hulu for $24, and $50 off Charmin toilet paper, what can Cyber Monday possibly give us that we haven't already seen? If Cyber Monday is a disappointment, one of the biggest reasons will be because Black Friday was already so, so good.

What Was Continues to Be
Black Friday is a misnomer. It's really Black November-into-December-and-sometimes-starting-in-October. But that's harder to say. Some of the deals we've already seen for Black Friday will continue into Cyber Monday. That's sort of disappointing because it means these won't be unique for the Monday sale event, but it's not a complete loss. After all, these are good deals. And if you haven't seen them yet or just haven't decided to take advantage of the savings yet, you're going to have at least another day to make that choice!
The Echo Dot is just too convenient to ignore if you have any interest in having a smart speaker. It's small enough to just fit in with any decor, and it's functional enough that you won't need anything larger. Talk to Alexa and get the news or weather or just control the smart lights and plugs around your home.

What even is the point of Cyber Monday anymore? It's supposed to be the day to encourage people to shop online versus going in-store on Black Friday, but so many people shop online for Black Friday anyway. I know I did. There's not a lot of incentive to go in store anymore given all the crowds and the lack of merchandise available compared to the vast warehouses available online. So if Cyber Monday stands for anything, I want it to stand for digital media. We only saw a few good deals on video games, movies, and music for Black Friday. Let's see iTunes and Steam and the other digital-only media sites stand up and be noticed.
Any game on the list that has +5 comes with five games for free. The video games being discounted include AAA names like Red Dead Redemption 2, Borderlands 3, and The Outer Worlds. GMG gives you a key for the respective platform like Epic or Steam.

Come on, now. Even if Cyber Monday doesn't pan out, I promise you our team is not quitting until every last deal is found. And then we'll come back on It-Doesn't-Have-a-Name Tuesday and do it all over again. We do this all year long, so deal or no deal our train is going full steam ahead. You should, too, because one of the nice things about Cyber Monday is that it's a great way to catch up on the surviving deals you may have missed the first time around. You never know what might happen, either. There could be some big surprises. If there are, we'll be ready and you'll be happy and everyone wins.
Update 10:31 a.m. ET: HP raised the price of the 15z up to $449.99. It's still a stellar deal, and we would keep an eye on it to see if it drops again.
